| A DUŽ Series 600 or 7000
Spectrophotometer system with Fraction Read/Plot Software is
designed to analyze a set of samples that have been previously
collected with a fraction collector. Absorbance data can be plotted
as either a function of the fraction number or of the volume.
Features
- Fraction re-read and dilution correction functions allow those
samples which may initially have had high absorbance readings to
be re-read.
- Readings on pre-diluted fractions may be corrected for
dilution.
- "nth" fraction analysis feature allows the user to initially
analyze only a portion of the collected fractions to determine
where the components of interest have eluted.
- Samples skipped between "nth" fractions may be read and added
to further define "peaks."
- Related fraction data such as DPM, enzyme activity, ionic
strength, or refractive index can be input and plotted with the
collected absorbance data.
- Data from up to 300 samples may be obtained, enhanced and
reported.
- Results may be displayed and printed in tabular and/or
graphical format.
- Sample data can be stored in separate files in the instrument
for easy recall and use.
