| There are many instances where enzyme
activity measurements in large number of samples are required. These
include assays of chromatography column fractions in the
purification of an enzyme, quantitation of fusion protein products,
and promoter analysis with gene fusion to an enzyme. The last two
examples are commonplace in molecular biology laboratories. The DUŽ
Series 600 and 7000 Spectrophotometers have incorporated features
necessary to greatly simplify and expedite your studies. With the
DU Series 7000, Enzyme Activity is included in the Kinetics Plus
Software.
