| The built-in Kinetic Enzyme Software
(Kinetics/Time) allows for the simultaneous measurement and analysis
of up to 12 rate reactions. Data are reviewed in real time, plotted
or tabulated as they are collected, and stored in the instrument
memory. The rate of the kinetic reaction is calculated using linear
regression for the best fit straight line. Results may be printed in
both graphic and tabular formats. Features

time period in the assay.
- Zoom, trace, curve offset, autoscaling and annotation for
customizing plotted data.
- Method parameters and sample data can be stored in separate
files in the instrument for easy recall and use.
- Cell match function provides automated zero correction of
multiple cells.
