- Column Operating Conditions
- pH Range: pH 2.5 to pH 7.5
- Temperature Range: 0 to 45° C
- Solvent Filtration: Use 0.5 mm filters standard or large-pore filter for
viscous solvents
- Maximum Ultrasphere - 5000 psi
- Backpressure: Ultrapore - 2500 psi
- Solvent Compatibility
- Useful Solvents: Water/Buffers, Methanol, Acetonitrile, Isopropanol
- Storage Solvents: Water/Acetonitrile
- Regeneration Procedure
- Use 20 column volumes of each solvent in the sequence shown below:
Water: 5% Methanol -> Water 95% Methanol -> 80:20
Methanol/Methylene Chloride -> Methanol 95% ->
Water: 5% Methanol -> Return to mobile phase
