In collaboration with Cisbio US, Inc., Beckman Coulter has automated the IP-One HTRF* assay with the inclusion of detection and analysis using Beckman Coulter’s BioRAPTR FRD™ Microfluidic Workstation and PARADIGM™ Detection Platform. Inositol phosphate 1 (IP1) is a direct metabolite of IP3 that accumulates in cells following Gq receptor activation and is stable in the presence of LiCl, making it an ideal marker for a GPCR (Gq) functional assay. |
