The Biomek® FX files provided along with this document were designed
to run Sigma’s Extract-N-Amp* Tissue PCR Kits for isolating DNA
from mouse tail clippings and other animal tissue samples. The following
describes the hardware requirements necessary to utilize these methods,
along with
instructions on how to import the files. Before running the automated
method, please review the Automation Protocol for Extract-N-Amp Tissue
on the Biomek® FX located at
www.sigma-aldrich.com
The Extract-N-Amp* Tissue PCR Kits provide all the reagents necessary to rapidly extract DNA from a wide variety of cells and tissues and amplify targets of interest by PCR.
