Promega's Cells to Gels MagneSil* Plasmid Purification Protocol on the Biomek® FX

The “Cells to Gels” protocol uses the Wizard* MagneSil* Plasmid Purification System and the Beckman Biomek® FX robotic workstation to purify plasmid DNA directly from cell cultures. No centrifugation of cells is required. The walk-away, automated procedure takes approximately 41 minutes to perform. Guidelines for performing this procedure on other robotic platforms are also provided.
