Stability
-
The Cytomat Automated Incubators provide extremely uniform and stable environmental conditions for all microplates and minimize assay variance.
Flexibility
-
Cytomat Incubators offer flexible storage configurations based on interchangeable labware stacks, and can handle all standard microplate formats with choices of temperature and humidity range as well as CO2 for working with cell lines.

-
The simple selectivity feature of Biomek® software enables users to create methods integrated with Cytomat devices easily. To edit the deck layout with incubators and storage systems, simply drag and drop the desired Cytomat® labware onto the workstation deck. By choosing the Cytomat command icons in the Biomek Step Palettes, users can easily create methods with incubation and storage steps.

Uniform temperature, humidity and CO2 conditions for up to 42 microplates enable the reduction of assay variance. The specially designed water reservoir and new stackers with ventilation slots minimize evaporation from the microplate, thus reduce assay variance as well. Excellent parameter stability during loading and unloading at 37°C, with less than 0.05°C and 0.6% rH fluctuation. In addition, the stackers allow autoclaving and dry heat sterilization at 180 °C.
