The F 690 is an extension of the model
F 660. It includes pH, temperature, mV (ORP)
and relative mV measurement modes as well as direct and incremental
measurements of concentration by ion selective electrodes (ISE).
Temperature compensated pH results can be obtained when used with a
temperature probe (ATC) or a 3-in-1 electrode.
This GLP/GLP compliant system includes an RS-232 interface to connect
to a printer or a computer. |

The system features fast and easy one- to five-point pH calibration with
Auto-Find™ automatic buffer recognition for five buffers (pH 1.68, 4.00, 7.00,
10.01 and 12.45) and Auto-Read™ for locking onto stable readings. Up to five
concentration (ISE) calibration points are supported.
Standard buffers can be substituted with alternative buffers (pH 6.86, 7.41,
9.18 and 11.88) while maintaining automatic buffer recognition and temperature
compensation. In addition, the system supports five custom pH buffers and
compensates for the isopotential point.
Continuous display of calibration buffers. Calibration data (mV, Eo and
Slope) can be reviewed at any time. The temperature can be displayed in either
ºC or ºF. Audible alerts at set limits might be activated.
GLP/GMP features such as date and time stamp for each calibration and
measurement. The printout includes detailed standard information.
The fully menu-driven matrix LCD displays results, temperature, date/time,
status messages and icons. A tactile keyboard makes it easy and convenient to
operate the system. The system also includes context-sensitive help screens and
a recorder output. The meter operates on AC power with an adapter supplied with
the instrument.
