The science behind the iTopia Epitope Discovery System, which mimics in vivo peptide binding reactions, may help researchers advance important candidates more quickly through the development process. It does so not only by facilitating peptide identification and ranking based on binding characterization, but also through its ability to assist the selection of individuals populations most likely to respond. This may improve the productivity of clinical trials and can form the basis for an immune monitoring system to follow individuals.
