Corporate Giving Application Guidelines

Beckman Coulter funds nonprofit organizations, charities and educational institutions that support and promote progress and interest in the areas of science, research-related health care and science education in our plant and customer communities.

Organizations seeking funding should submit a letter of request providing the following information:

• Full legal name of the organization
• Brief description of the organization, including a mission statement and services provided
• Amount requested
• Description of how the funds will be used

Additional attachments should include:

• History of previous support by Beckman Coulter
• Description of any involvement by Beckman Coulter employees
• Statement as to why you consider Beckman Coulter an appropriate donor
• List of governing board members
• Copy of 501(c)(3) filing

All written requests are acknowledged. If applicable, they are reviewed by the Employee Contributions Task Force Council, which meets at least 10 times per year, and the Contributions Committee of Beckman Coulter, Inc.

A letter will be mailed to the requesting organization following internal review.
